THE SAGITTARIUS NEW MOON & JUPITER ARIES INGRESS

Dear friends,

There’s a New Moon coming up next Wednesday, November 23 at 5:57 PM Eastern US time. When the chart is cast for Washington, DC (and this chart rules the whole of the US, since our nation’s capital is there) we find Gemini Ascendant with Mars, God of Action, smack-dab on the angle. We feel a pull to make decisive public moves — stake a claim or slam a door — but remember that Mars is still retrograde: decisions made now can be reversed after January 12. Remember too that Mars is still out-of-bounds: actions really FLY forward in a blaze of glory as his ruler is Mercury in Sagittarius.

Jupiter is stationing in the New Moon chart, turning direct and closing the retrograde journey that began on July 28. The Sky King is at the antepenultimate degree of Pisces, while Vesta is at the first, and is the highest planet in the DC chart. Home and hearth are highlighted right now: dare to embrace changes to your space and daily routines.

Both Lilith and Pallas Athena have been out-of-bounds for some time, and they’re forming a tight opposition to Pluto in the New Moon chart. It’s a big #MeToo moment — opportunities for the Feminine to stand up to abuses of power in a clever, mindful way. These Goddesses’ trine to Jupiter in Pisces gives their feelings extra fuel.

Stationing Jupiter also rules the New Moon itself, which takes place at 1 degree, 37 minutes Sagittarius in the Sixth House of work. The Sun and Moon are loosely conjunct Venus and Mercury, both also in Sadge, and also answering to Jupiter in Pisces. It’s an intense initiatory energy around our feelings, identity, desire, and communications-style. Sagittarius is the sign of inspiration. If you’ve been waiting for a cue that it’s the time to start that project, this is it.

For more information about the New Moon in Sagittarius, and how it lands in YOUR natal chart, I invite you to check out the recordings and slides from my New Moon Manifestation Circle webinar last night.

Wishing you all your heart desires!

Big hugs,
Anne

P.S. During the webinar on Sunday night, we also talked about Jupiter’s entrance into Aries on December 21, when he initiates a new 12-YEAR cycle in earnest, after his trial run last May.
