WEEKLY WEATHER OCTOBER 10, 2005 TO OCTOBER 16, 2005

This week finds us in the waiting place, between two powerful eclipses on the karmic nodes of Aries independence versus Libra relationship, I am vs. Us. Jupiter is at 28 Libra, bringing up unresolved relationship issues rooted between Fall 1982 to Fall 1983 when Pluto and Saturn danced back and forth together in the last degrees of Libra. We experienced exceptionally important karmic relationship changes in 82/83. Did you make a vow to the cosmos “I will/ will never xxxx again.”? It is time to change that vow. In 82/83, Neptune was at 24 Sagittarius where transiting Pluto is now. Back then, Neptune in Sagittarius said “freedom from” is the optimal path to avoid pain. Now with Pluto in Sagittarius approaching the 24th degree, says “transformation through.” It is time to review, release and dissolve any outdated vows, decisions, promises and commitments that you made, under duress, at that time. Those old vows were tied to karmic promises and debts that you have more than paid off. Alternatively, perhaps you have outgrown the commitment made in profound pain and desperation. Ask to be released from the vows you made. In the time between eclipses, especially such powerful ones, we can consciously release quite a bit of energetic and psychic baggage! Imagine the hurts flowing out of your heart area and into a lovely, emerald green light beam as you ask for healing, love and peace.
Our Katrina Finger of God reforms urging us towards consciousness as Mars in Taurus moves retrograde and forms a retrograde inconjunct with Pluto on Thursday ~ his second pass ~ suggesting we revisit and revise September decisions. Tweak and adjust decisions, even if means ending partnerships or comfortable relationships, as the Sun moves into take Jupiter’s former position on Saturday.
Monday, Moon in Capricorn arrives as Venus envisions changes in our environment. There is a fifth harmonic of change aspect between Neptune and Venus sparking a brilliant idea of creation via vision, a young woman or your dreams. Venus actually misunderstood Mercury’s words so watch for misinterpreted or mixed signals. The misunderstanding actually leads to good results via a touch of chaos, but good results nonetheless.
Tuesday, Sun squares Vesta desiring change, rearrangement and beautification in our home and hearth energy. It might be a continuation of yesterday’s mixed up confusions or our soon to form Yod. Whatever it is, moving furniture, cleaning windows and throwing things away are good uses and methods to ground the stressful energy. There is next to no earth in the sky ~ only retrograde Mars in Taurus, which is not functioning well, and Chiron in the dead degrees of Capricorn. Moon is void in the morning (until 12:05 pm EDT) so exercise your Virgo energy then!
Wednesday, Juno joins with the North node of karma suggesting profound changes in families and relationships. If they ask for a divorce today, they MEAN it! They have already talked to a lawyer! Or expect divorce and severance papers to arrive today.
Thursday, Yom Kippur, the day of atonement holiday features Mercury with cranky aspects to Ceres, Uranus and Pluto as Mars inconjuncts Pluto for pass two, sending the Finger of God energy of change out into the world. Expect difficult or life changing news. You are closing an old chapter and opening up a new one. There is a long void moon until 2:05 pm EDT that suggests relaxing and visioning a new future for you.
Friday can go either way, relief, sorrow, or perhaps both at the same time. By declination, Mercury joins with Pluto and Jupiter joins with Uranus suggesting an explosion of sorts featuring intense, direct communication. Pay attention to the events in your life and world today! An important situation presents it self to be solved or tended to. Venus and Ceres join together and both square retrograde Uranus further echoing an explosion theme from a volatile feminine energy as the Sun trines Juno requesting cooperation in communities, families and relationships.
Saturday, Sun is bustling with five aspects as Mercury makes two aspects! Sun is the symbol of consciousness; we are “illuminated” when the Sun makes aspects! Today the Sun completes the Finger of God by aspecting Mars asking us to change in the direction of light as Sun sextiles Pluto. Take advantage of the energy and make a renewed start on your life’s goals. Sun also has a fifth harmonic change aspect with Saturn in Leo suggesting we receive or learn about a gift from our authority figures. Finally, Sun semi-squares in a stressful relationship with Mother Earth Ceres in Sagittarius and a sesquiquadrate with Uranus in Pisces as Ceres and Uranus separate from yesterday’s square each other. If you had a fight with someone, make an effort to mend the fences TODAY. Mercury’s square to Saturn and parallel to Neptune remind us we have No Day But Today. Try to have no regrets in any portion of your life! Saturday also has a long void moon until 3:39 pm (EDT) into Aries to get in position for our full moon eclipse.
Sunday, Jupiter fights with Chiron. Moon in Aries kicks up the energy even as she has easy aspects to Venus, Saturn and Neptune. Think back to the last week of June 2005 and November 2004 when Saturn was at this degree, (and of course 1982/83) to release the wounded energy you no longer need to hold in your heart and being. Time for that partnership with pain to end! Mercury joins Athena asking us to think scorpion strategically! Keep your long range hopes and dreams in mind.
In addition, on Monday, just after Sunrise at 8:14 am EDT the eclipse comes! The eclipse comes!
Mundane: Well, the media and Bush have finally started talking about the H5N1 bird flu! As we enter our second critical period when the migrating birds carry it south from Russia into new bird populations if it evolves, our immune systems will have to protect us as the limited supplies of medicines probably won‘t. Did any of you notice the birds start up singing and chirping in the background when President Bush talked about H5N1 at the Rose Garden press conference? I do not think a Foley editor added that bird track ~ those were real birds! I must say I laughed aloud! So, our herbal options include anti-viral bee propolis, agrisept, and oregano oil. Medically, both oseltamivir (Tamiflu) and zanamivir (Relenza) have been shown to be somewhat effective against influenza, even if we have next to none stockpiled like our wise European friends have. And, of course, you can ask Archangel Raphael for healing, psychic and physical protection.Use every advantage to keep your health!
