Expect a tough week ahead, two planets change signs and four planets station.
First the easy part ~ Venus and Jupiter shift signs mark an energetic change in the benefic planets above our heads. Venus enters Cancer on Friday, making love more emotional, security conscious and changeable every time the Moon shifts signs. Jupiter leaves Cancer for 12 years and enters Leo on Wednesday at 6:30 am EDT for a year and a month. The last time he was in Leo was the year beginning August 2002, August 1990, September 1978, September 1966, and June 1955. Jupiter in Leo is all about playful creativity, love, joy and abundance. Connect with your inner child and express those aspects of your nature. As he enters Leo, our Soul Purpose and its expression gets activated. He starts a new 12 years cycle around our Leo house ~ where our Sun wants us to shine in the world. Reset, ready and go!
Apollon stations Monday July 14 at 28:47 Libra. A kind of super Jupiter, Apollon invites us to connect with our chosen tribe and expand our concept of what is possible for our lives. Stopping on the degree of the eclipse nodes as well as the Saturn/Pluto conjunction in November 1982, he’s inviting us to restructure our partnerships so they support our evolution. Who has your back?
Next the hard part: Three of the meaner planets in the sky ~ malefics each ~ are stationing and changing directions. The stationing planets bring us hard, difficult choices about the direction we want to head in. When planets change directions, we change directions.
Eris the Goddess of Discord stations Saturday at 23:11 Aries. She’s going backwards for the next few months. She is stopping in the South Node of releasing envious and difficult people from your life. Of course, someone might release YOU. She is a difficult energy. We feel her influence for the five days before and after her station.
Saturn the Lord of Karma and the Structures in our lives stations Sunday at 16:36 Scorpio. We’ve been working toward the upcoming Saturn Station on Sunday, July 20, since last November when Saturn crossed this degree on November 26. The moment of choice has arrived. Some of you have already chosen and shifted. For others, the time to choose and change is NOW! Starting next week, we move full steam ahead toward the next chapter of our life! What and who do you want to commit to? You can commit to yourself too!
Uranus the planet of chaos and change stations next Monday July 21 at 16:30 Aries. He heads backwards until December 22 when he turns direct at12:34 Aries. Uranus was at this degree on April 3, 2014 so stories from then are back up and dancing in the room.
Uranus and Saturn are stationing in an inconjunct or quincunx all week. They are forming a yod, or Finger of God with Juno in Gemini ~ offering us a choice of how we want to proceed with our life or partner with others. Plain old fashioned Yods are difficult enough but having two of the tougher energies stationing in the sky in a life changing aspect with Saturn the Lord of Karma as the Apex of the choice point makes us well aware of the major life path shifting and changing before our very eyes.
So choose toward your higher path. Pick love. Pick your soul’s growth path. Allow yourself to connect to the higher intelligence of the cosmos and let it guide you.
It is time for thoughtful people to open to a new dimension of the extraordinary universe we live in, a universe that seems to be informed at all levels by a profound creative intelligence. I believe that we can participate in the evolutionary unfolding of this universe more consciously and fully if we are aware of the correspondences between the planetary movements and our lives. And we can move into a more trusting relationship to life and the cosmos when we recognize the larger patterns of meaning and purpose in which we are embedded. Richard Tarnas

Planetary Highlights
Sun goes from 20:04 Cancer to 27:42 Cancer. Our Sun is quite active this week, wrapping up a number of old stories. Dreams shift and change on Monday, July 14, as Sun aspects Neptune. Expect disillusionment or a new dream to emerge. There is difficult news on Tuesday July 15, as Sun deals with the Goddess of Envy. There are choices to be made on July 16, as Sun squares the Nodes of Destiny. And there’s action to be taken on July 19, as Sun psychologically concludes a story with Mars and understands his own needs in relationship. Our ego and purpose for existing is getting clearer this week! Pay attention!
Mercury travels from 0 Cancer to 9:03 Cancer. He’s quietly watching this week, after talking with Saturn on Monday. Expect deep emotions, but few words, as he’s shifted from Gemini to Cancer. Pay attention to what you hear, it is important to your future and to creating your dreams!
Venus goes from 22:40 Gemini to 2:18 Cancer. Venus finishes her journey in Gemini on a somber note, as Mercury has already shifted into emotional Cancer. She enters Cancer on Friday July 18 to begin a 25-day journey of deep feeling and emotions in Cancer. On July 14, Venus aspects Sedna, bringing emotions to the surface from the deep dark unconscious. Then Venus enters Cancer – expect tears and tender emotional expressions. She strikes a sad note on July 19 as she aspects stationing Saturn, and cries her little eyes out.
Mars moves from 23:18 to 27:08 Libra. Mars is triggering the Eclipse degrees, setting off the stories from April 2014 one more time, and asking you to choose wisely. There will be a continuation of the eclipse story in October 2014. The eclipse also ties back to October 2013 and October 2012. Big relationship decisions!
Jupiter moves from 29:08 Cancer to 0:54 Leo. Jupiter enters Leo for a year and a month, starting a new 12-year journey round the Zodiac on Tuesday July 16. Now, our expansion plans are scattered about us – what is our personal dream that we want to create? Emphasize healthy selfishness. Use I-phrases. “I want to be a star!” Watch out for people trying to control you on July 20, as Pluto pushes on Jupiter’s new found sense of confidence. Don’t believe them! If they aren’t saying something nice, tune them out. Go for your dream. It is your dream after all ~ not their dream!
Saturn goes from 16:42 Scorpio to 16:39 Scorpio. Saturn stations on July 20 at 16:38 Scorpio, taking us back to November of 2013 and February and October 1984 as well as December 1954, June 1955, September 1955. You will feel the build-up to Saturn’s station on Sunday from Tuesday, July 15 onward and through Friday July 25. We’re revising and committing permanently. It is full speed ahead from here on out until Saturn gets into Early Sagittarius in December. No stopping. Get ready. Here it comes! All of your fear, paranoia, and anxiety will fall away, as Saturn gallops forward through the back end of Scorpio and into Sagittarius in December. We’re reliving the period between November 2013 and March 1, 2014 – for the last time. One more round on the carousel – grab the gold ring and go for it! Now, because Jupiter is in Leo, you know emotionally what you want. Talk to the ringed guy!
Uranus goes from 16:28Aries to 16:30 Aries. On July 15, Uranus sextile Juno, encouraging a new approach to partnership. Additionally, Uranus is stationing at 16:30Aries to go retrograde on Monday, July 21. So you will start to feel an enormous build-up in tension from him, starting on Wednesday, July 16 through the New Moon next Saturday July 26. Expect earth quakes, chaos and changes.
Neptune goes from 7:20 Pisces to 7:11 Pisces. With a few aspects from Sun and Mercury ~ step back into your creativity and rapture. People can and do lie to you on the weekend. People tell lies for a reason. What is the reason for this lie?
Pluto goes from 12:05 Capricorn to 11:53 Capricorn. Quiet, he aspects Jupiter by contraparallel declination on Sunday ~ Is this where you want to spend your life?
Chiron squares Juno on July 17. This aspect suggests you understand the wounds and limitations of the partners you’re with, and learn to work with them productively and appreciatively, as they are. We are who we are. Or you are ready to shift them out of your life and go look for a partner that matches more of what you desire in life. Time to make a choice!
Pallas is quiet this week as she slowly moves out of last week’s Finger of God with Uranus and Saturn. Her work is finished ~ you’ve seen the patterns that you needed to see!
Ceres aspects the Nodes of Destiny. You’re invited to move forward on a new creative journey, in a new partnership, and to release some of the old partnerships that didn’t create things the way you wanted them to be made. Let go of the envious people! Or set up some barricades and walls to block them while you start your next chapter. Partner with your deep wish.

Juno steps in to take the place of Venus in the Finger of God with Saturn and Uranus. Know you always have a choice with Juno in Gemini ~ explore your options.
Hygeia aspects the Nodes of Destiny. A new, more open-minded approach to healing your life. Allow your healing work to continue on all levels.
Eris stations to go retrograde on Saturday July 19 at 23:11 Aries. She is stimulating a new understanding of envy and jealousy. Her station is felt 5 days before and after so watch for our favorite Goddess of Discord to be sowing her wild energy between Monday July 14 and Thursday July 24. Own your envy ~ go get what you want (inspired by Eris and not in a destructive manner) or point out the envy in others… it helps them grow!!

Moon day Monday July 14, 2014 Moon is in Aquarius, going Void at 3:23 pm EDT with a closing trine to Venus, then enters Pisces at 10:40 pm EDT. Moon is Void in the afternoon and early evening. Ceres aspects the Nodes of Destiny, asking you to choose who you’re going to partner and create with, going forward. Choose away from envy and jealousy as Eris is sitting right on the South Node, pulsing away, spewing discord into one of your possible choices. Mercury’s aspect to Saturn suggests that you get difficult news you hadn’t been expecting between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm EDT. It is a game-changer, and you may have to alter your approach. Mercury on the world axis communicates a difficult situation wide and far.
Mars day Tuesday July 15, 2014 Moon in Pisces with a closing aspect of a square to Venus, suggesting emotional over-doing, wild reactions and doubled or tripled up spending and feelings. Pisces Moon can be paranoid. Deep and possibly disturbing feelings today, especially in the morning. In the evening, Moon’s sextile to Pluto allows you to clean out old emotional closets and to know the decision(s) you are making are sound and correct for you even if they are a bit dark and scary. Watch out for envy and jealousy to surface midday, around 2:15 pm EDT, as Sun squares Eris. Envy is not necessarily a bad thing. It can be a motivator. If you’re feeling envy, let it motivate you to live your best life with out acting in a negative way toward the source of your envy. If someone is directing or acting out with envy at you, it’s helpful to bring it to their consciousness by pointing it out. Envy is THEIR emotion to deal with ~ don’t duck or hide from it. Face it directly. Take action to make changes around the home as Mars starts a new two year cycle around house and home improvements or changes. These be your digs ~ do you dig them? *pun intended*. If not, encourage your home and body to reflect your understanding of where you want to go. Address and make environmental changes that need changing. Opportunity tonight to partner with people who are creative and fun and whom you have a good time with. Go laugh. Be cautious with the alcohol and drugs as Moon in Pisces makes it go to your head faster.
Wednesday Mercury’s day July 16, 2014. Moon is in Pisces, going Void at 8:57 pm EDT with a square to Venus. Another day with overdoing and overspending aspect but a lovely one nonetheless. Jupiter enters Leo bright and early (6:30 am EDT) for a year plus one month long journey around abundance, creativity, and self-expression as he journeys through passionate, fun and playful Leo. Suddenly you are SO OVER taking care of the other as Cancer Jupiter end. You are so about laughing and having a creative and good time. You’re starting a new 12-year cycle about how you express yourself and send your creative mojo out into the world. Jupiter in Leo is about the joy of life. You are able to find joy in little things. As we wrap up a year of self-care and self-nurturing as well as nurturing and taking care of others, we move into a playful, open space with the Lord of Expansion and Light. It is time to allow our hearts to open, ripen and grow. We are similar to a garden in August ~ corn on the cob and tomatoes everywhere you look plus LOTS of Zucchini. The year ahead invites us to focus on our bigger picture, educating ourselves in ways that creatively and playfully support our growth, what we love, our passions and our soul’s work. Sun aspects the Nodes of Destiny, inviting us to make important choices, between travelling the world alone (not recommended) with Eris the Goddess of Envy and dissatisfaction, or partnering with someone, including ourselves or our own inner wisdom (recommended). Sun square Ceres makes a crossroads and invites you to psychologically recommit to a creative project or to simply discontinue one and figure out what you learned from the matter. So maybe you’re not going to do it after all. Maybe you don’t want to. Psychologically accept that that’s okay.
Jupiter’s Day Thursday July 17, 2014 Moon enters Aries at 12:07 am EDT, causing a rocking and rollicking night of dreams, showing you the visions for the future year ahead. If they’re scary dreams (i.e. fighting with someone), you have to face the fear and go ahead. If they’re triumphant dreams (competition) this is the area where you’re going to find your competition. If they’re simply quest dreams, this is the direction your life will be headed in. And if you don’t dream, don’t worry. Chiron squares Juno, helping you see the wounded nature of the partnerships you’re in, including your own wounds. Please apply a gentleness here. Many times our relationships are meant to help us heal our wounds and to hold the sacred space for us to do our inner work. See the two sides of the wound and allow yourself to be gentle with the wounded relationship before you. There can be an envious remark in the afternoon, which is designed to make you aware of the ongoing story of taking action in spite of fear. Don’t listen to the anger, do note the remark. Use the remark to affirm your choices and use it instead to motivate yourself to go forward.
Friday Venus’s Day July18, 2014 Venus enters Cancer for 19 days, to start a new relationship energy and partnership energy that reacts deeply to each Moon change. Action, sex and arguments now take on an emotional cast, as Venus rules Mars. People can be acting from a deeply emotional and often very needy place. We are dealing with very deep wishes here ~ the Moon in Aries says have a temper tantrum if you don’t get what you want. Moon is in Aries, going Void at 10:18 pm EDT, with an opposition to Mars. This is a phenomenal day for some wicked-ass fights, because suddenly everything is about emotion, emotion, emotion! If you find yourself in a wicked-ass fight, understand that both sides need to express themselves for healing to continue. It also is an excellent time to break up with somebody if you really want to let the person or the situation leave your life. Sometimes we have to separate under emotion, with a good old rip-roaring fight, to be able to actually leave. We can leave when we are angry. Not so easy to leave when we are NOT charged up with emotions. Hygeia has a healing aspect to the Nodes of Destiny suggesting the shifts and changes today can be very healing! Be very careful of drugs and alcohol today, as Mercury is approaching a trine to Neptune. People can speak from deep emotional spaces. Of course, if it’s said while drunk it’s been thought of before. Words spoken can be very emotionally wounding. On the positive side, you are CLEAR ~ crystal clear ~ about the situation. Do NOT be hard on yourself. Turning points happen in every life. Time for turning point.
Saturn’s Day Saturday July19, 2014 Eris stations at 23:11 Aries, turning retrograde ~ flip the envy story of the past few days. Moon enters Taurus at 4:43 am EDT. Mercury trine Neptune – be very careful of drugs and alcohol again today. Communications can have promises that won’t be kept. Sun square Mars, culminates an emotional story, as everybody is answering to Taurus moon, people can be STUBBORN combined with a bit of violence, aggression or “I’m-outta-here” as the Cancer planets answer to Taurus Moon and become like mad bulls. Try and take the high road, see the way to restart and begin again if you can. It doesn’t have to be so darned dramatic! Venus’s sesquiquadrate to Saturn around 7:00 pm EDT invites us to take a new approach to the romantic or financial structures in our lives after experiencing a bit of stress and anxiety. We are ready.
Sun’s day Sunday July 20, 2014 Moon is in Taurus with a closing aspect of a sextile to the Sun. The exalted Moon encourages everybody to settle down a bit and relate in a calmer and nicer fashion. As fixed earth, it encourages people to make permanent, fixed and final changes in their life. Jupiter’s contraparallel to Pluto allows that even though it was good, maybe it’s time for it to end. Or to reframe ~ it created evolutionary change which now is shifting the structural foundation of everything. Allow yourself to see and understand new patterns. Saturn stationing direct at 16:38 Scorpio launches us forward into the rest of our lives. Full steam ahead to Sagittarius! We know what we have to do, now we just have to do it! We get carried back to November 2013 when the first part of the current story took place. We are repeating it a second time. Now we will get it the way WE want it! After all, it is our life.
