Weekly Weather June 25, 2007

We’ve arrived at last! This week Saturn completes his last opposition to Neptune on Monday. We are going to see the deeper and more profound purpose of Saturn’s journey through Leo as the misty clouds of Neptune in Aquarius part before us. I keep getting the imagery of Moses crossing the Red Sea being chased by Egyptian chariots. That famous scene from The Ten Commandments and the book of Exodus where Moses arrives and the Red Sea separates. All the fish are flopping around on the sand. The Israelites have safe passage through to the Promised Land. Then the sea crashes in on the pursuing Egyptian army. Saturn opposes Neptune as the full moon in Capricorn at the end of the week crests, swells and breaks into our consciousness a brand, new reality. It will be our very own personal parting of the Red Sea if you will. If only it was as easy as that!

In a karmic sense, it IS as easy as that! We have a false sense of having to make a choice between two seemingly opposite poles when we experience an opposition. Do I choose Saturn or Neptune? Side with one planet or the other. Neither planet is particularly appealing! In order to help you work with the energy as it was building up, I’ve kept encouraging you to do your Saturn. Neptune will definitely be done by someone else in your world if you are busy doing your Saturn. And, frankly, to my mind, Neptune is a bit more difficult of an energy as Neputne is a tricky, slippery and deceitful (on a bad day) fellow. With Saturn, you know where you stand. You may not like what he says but with Saturn you see the reality.

The next question to ask yourself is: Are you escaping to your promised land or about to have the sea crash in on your head? Or as in all things astrology ~ is what is going on in your life a bit of both images!? You are combination of Moses and the Pharaoh, the slave seeking freedom and chariot driver. And, you get to write the ending to your own tale very soon.

Now as Saturn and Neptune come to oppose each other for the third and final time, your job is to stand in the middle between them and harness both energies. Garb their hands and pull them together to create the next phase of your life. Pretend you are Moses! Moses, with the Lord’s help (using that spiritual contract he made back before he incarnated on Planet Earth), harnessed both Saturn and Neptune to help him proceed safely. He needed Saturn’s solid land for his people to walk across to escape slavery in Egypt. He needed Neptune’s help to part the seas so his people could walk on land. Then Moses needed Saturn and Neptune to work together to prevent the Egyptians from catching them. And, Saturn and Neptune worked together ~ they combined their energies ~ to stop the Egyptians at the water’s edge. The Pharaoh’s (Saturn in Leo) command to bring the masses back into slavery (Neptune in Aquarius) was blocked (Saturn) by the sea (Neptune).

I want you working on the higher version of your Saturn’s purpose. First, determine who you are in the situation before you? Moses, Pharaoh, the almost freed slaves, or the chariot drivers? Let’s start easy. Begin with the slaves ~ Now, I don’t know about you, but if I walked up, following Moses, and saw the Red Sea part, I would trust the process and proceed ~ even if I was a bit afraid ~ anything is better than being a slave. Time to make the break, trust the process and move with Moses.

If I was a chariot driver and came galloping up to find a bunch of former slaves walking through the Red Sea of separated, huge, looming walls of turbulent water, I would stop my horse, decide to eat my lunch and wait for further instructions (written thanks) from headquarters. My mother didn‘t raise a fool! Besides, I already know all the first-born children died last night and there were those nasty plagues as Moses and the Pharaoh were in negotiations! Good riddance. Good-bye Moses ~ have a great trip! Maybe things will get back to normal once these folks get out of here! We each face choices if we are Moses, (Forward we go!) or the Pharaoh, (Ah well, lost that round! There must be other slaves without such an annoying and difficult leader.)

As Saturn starts to separate from Neptune, he’s going to pick up speed and clarity. Things are going to collapse, deflate, tip over, be trees falling in the forest and become crystal clear VERY quickly! Saturn is moving past Neptune. Saturn’s been in this darn dance with Neptune since last year and he is SICK and TIRED of Neptune’s stories, delusions, deceptions and illusions. Once Saturn gets two degrees away from Neptune, we can expect to see Neptune’s illusory powers over Saturn and the rest of us collapse or evaporate like fog on a bright summer‘s morning. Saturn will show us every thing with his razor sharp, no nonsense clarity! By the next New Moon, on July 14, 2007, we are going to be looking at our world WITHOUT our rose-colored glasses.

Additionally, the Moon is moving VERY slowly right now! So that makes for our emotions, profound emotions, stirring us, inside us, on a very deep, deep level. We are having a once every 19 year cycle when the “moon walks on the earth” in the northern parts of our globe ~ a lunar standstill is what the shamanistic astrologers and paleo-astronomers call it. The moon is going to be way, WAY, WaY, waY out of bounds on the Full Moon (declination of 27.33!) Think of our Capricorn lunar gal as a wild ball of emotions that runs amok and causes decisions TO BE MADE! The Moon is in CAPRICORN ~ ruled by Saturn who’s now moving away from Neptune. Moon in Capricorn is a tough moon ~ tough love baby! Take a stand.

Mercury is still moving retrograde until July 9, 2007. He’s moving backwards in Cancer ~ making him emotional and sentimental and extra sensitive and thin skinned and on the full moon he‘s going to be ruled by Saturn too. That Full Moon is going to be a beauty for VERY emotional communications. Last, but certainly not least, Mars is in Taurus. Mars has a mighty stubborn, bullheaded and difficult to direct energy (big time) when he digs in his hooves in fixed earth. The nice part about Mars in Taurus is he moves like a bull, (you just can’t stop him), toward what he wants, once he knows what he wants. So make sure to direct Mars towards what you and he want. We are going to be working with Mars in Taurus all of July and the early part of August. For this week, point Mars toward tasks you know he can take care of. Focus your own energy on that Saturn Neptune opposition and the full moon at the end of the week and figure out how to handle the falling trees in your world.

Monday, it’s here! Finally, our dear, sweet, lovely, Saturn Neptune opposition has finished! Completed! Perfected! Yeah! Thank heavens! Sun has an adjusting aspect to Vesta. Adjust your home. Get rid of stuff from the trees that have fallen in your life! Time to clear the path to your future! The tree has officially fallen in the forest. Timber! I know I have piles of things to get out the door and to the post office! Order the Chaos!

Tuesday, Venus kicks Uranus and argues with Pluto. The feminine energy in the world is cranky, crabby and irritated today. Seems like the whole world is complaining about something, not being appreciated, loved or adored and NOT getting what they want. That Scorpio Moon makes hard aspects to Venus, Neptune and Saturn! Keep your mouth closed and go about your business. Remember when your mother was mad and slamming the pots around in the kitchen? You quietly went up to your room because it was a good place to go? And even the dog hid? It is that kind of day. Many pots slamming. Doors banging. Fights. Kids, parents, and people arguing. Kind of a discharge from all of last week’s and yesterday’s energy. Not pleasant but what are you going to do? We have to get it out of us.

Wednesday, Venus needs to change her strategy. Change your strateg
y. It isn’t working. S
aturn says once you are conscious you can’t go home again (at least not in quite the same way). Look at your old room and stuff. Look at photos of when you were younger and remember. It is never the same. Bit of a sad day but pull on the memories of better times in the past to help you feel clear.

Thursday, again, with the adjustments. Adjust. Adjust. Adjust. This time Mars has to move HIS stuff around to be comfortable and find a space. The getting stuff or achieving things energy is feeling cranky. Sun joins with Mercury so we feel a bit more optimistic. Or perhaps we see it clearly. There are a number of adjusting energies of the Sun and Mercury to Neptune and Saturn. While I can’t tell you right this second what it all means, I can tell you that it is for your higher good. You have to do your Saturn in this lifetime. It is why you are here. Sometimes we forget or get scared or don’t wanna. All very understandable. All part and parcel of being on earth. I want you to sit down with that Mars in Taurus and explain the cosmic strategy to him. At least as much as you understand of it based on where you are in your life. Say to Mars, “Once upon a time, there was this wonderful soul who was sitting on a cloud getting ready to incarnate. And it was ME!! And I said to whoever is in charge of these things ~ “Well, I want to go in and do this!” (hint ‘THIS’ is your Saturn).

“And the last couple of years have been about getting me to love my Saturn with all my heart. The last couple years have gotten me to give myself permission to be the best version of my kind of Saturn that I can possibly be. So, any way, what I have learned since July 2005 is (fill in the blank of what you’ve been learning about ~ take all the time you need!)”

And once you explain all that to Mars in Taurus, he’ll say to you, “What do I have to do now to help you be your best version of your kind of Saturn?” And tell Mars what you‘d like his help with. He’s tough, and strong and ready to help you. You have to ask Mars. You are right where you are supposed to be. Just tell Mars your story and get him all juiced up to help you.

Friday, Venus comes to join Saturn by parallel. Gotta love yourself. And you gotta take care of yourself. You are all you have. Mercury and Venus have a bit of a chat about how hard life can be. Mars pokes at Uranus. Now Uranus is NOT in the mood for any pokes so he might cry a bit today. Which is perfectly fine. Even though Uranus doesn’t much like to cry in public. There are tears today. There is softness or a need for softness. Sometimes a good cry will do you a world of good.

Saturday, Venus opposes Neptune as the Sun gathers the tribe to celebrate. Sun is in a fine mood ~ moved, touched, sad, and at home. The Full Moon tonight is particularly powerful. Make sure to read the Full Moon column on this site for more information on how to work with the energy.

Sunday, Venus joins with Saturn and we are back to our beginnings again. We are to take all the lessons we’ve learned and told Mars about since July 2005 and get ready to take them into Virgo land with us. While it would be nice to say we can have as much time as we’d like, Saturn says it is time to get back to work and do what we love. Our lives are built around our Saturn. Good Saturn and Bad Saturn. Saturn is life’s time. So love your Saturn. Understand as Ceres aspects the Node about how you have come to this place in your life. If you argue for your limitations, they are yours. If you argue for your best life, it is yours. I want you arguing for your best life as Mercury, while still retrograde, has a chat with Mars. Mercury has a couple of suggestions for Mars on what might make you happy. (He was listening to you tell your story to Mars the other day). So let Mercury and Mars plot and plan the next part of the adventure that is your life.

Mundane: I absolutely HATE it when I get it wrong! DARN IT! Correct aspects, wrong interpretation (on my part) regarding my prediction on June 11, 2007 about Vice President Dick Cheney leaving office. DARN IT! Louis ~ does this mean I lost our bet on a silly technicality? DARN IT!

On June 21, 2007, the following news report was released: Cheney Exempted His Office From Executive Order Protecting Classified Information.

“House investigators have learned that over the objections of the National Archives, Vice President Cheney exempted his office from a presidential executive order designed to safeguard classified national security information.

According to a letter from House oversight chairman Henry Waxman (D-CA): – Since 2003, Cheney’s office has failed to provide data on its classification and declassification activities as required by Executive Order 12958, which President Bush has amended and endorsed.

– In 2004, Cheney’s office specifically intervened to block an on-site inspection by the Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO), which is a requirement of the executive order.

The Office of the Vice President has asserted that it is not an “entity within the executive branch” and hence is not subject to presidential executive orders. Waxman writes, “To my knowledge, this was the first time in the nearly 30-year history of the Information Security Oversight Office that a request for access to conduct a security inspection was denied by a White House office.”To resolve the matter, the ISOO wrote Cheney’s chief of staff David Addington on

two separate occasions in summer 2006, disputing the claims made by Cheney’s office and requesting that the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel settle the matter. Cheney’s office ignored both letters. Finally, in January 2007, the ISOO directly asked Attorney General Alberto Gonzales to resolve whether the executive order applies to Cheney’s office.

In response, Cheney’s office has retaliated. It has requested changes in the executive order that would abolish the ISOO and eliminate the ability of the National Archives to appeal disputes to the Attorney General.

In his letter to Cheney, Waxman writes, “I question both the legality and the wisdom of your actions.” Specifically citing reports that Cheney personally instructed Scooter Libby to disclose classified national security information to former New York Times reporter Judith Miller, Waxman says it would be “particularly irresponsible” to give an office “with your history of security breaches” an exemption.”

So Dick has declared himself a separate branch of government not under the supervision of a presidential executive order designed to safeguard classified national security information. He’s not a part of the Legislative, Executive or Judiciary branches! Don’t you just love astrology!? Whatever shall we name our new brand new branch of government headed by Vice?

The Voter Fraud and Caging List Congressional Hearings are taking place, largely absent corporate right wing mainstream media attention, on C-Span 3. It appears that over 3 millions voter registrations were challenged via direct mail. At least 1.3 million votes were not counted, primarily the votes of m
inorities and service people deployed overseas. (Surprise! Surprise!) The Caging List Operation was run out of the White House, led by Karl Rove’s assistant. Do you remember that Karl Rove was a Master of Direct Mail in his early years in Texas? As our CRWMS Media isn’t covering it, read ARMED MADHOUSE, by Greg Palast, a BBC investigative reporter, for details. His book is currently rising on the New York Times Paperback Best Seller List. Gotta love the Republicans. They do manage to keep their eyes on the game ball! Such dedication!

On a brighter note, IF Dick isn’t leaving office next week so Jeb Bush can replace him, that means we’ll get to find out who our next president will be in another way! We are still looking for our Presidential Candidate to appear during the last Saturn Neptune opposition and June Ingress. I still don‘t think it is going to be any of the declared folks on the current candidate lists for a variety of reasons ~ bad aspects, the delusion of the Saturn Neptune opposition or the moon being void when they declared.

As I mentioned in my June 11, 2007 column, Saturn is going into Virgo as Pluto goes into Capricorn, combined with a strong Aquarian energy in the USA chart, so we want a candidate that answers to that call or type of energy ~ Virgo, Aquarian, Capricorn. And, stepping up to the plate ~ Michael Bloomberg, (February 14, 1942, 15:40 EWT, Brighton, MA) the current Mayor of New York City! Mr. Bloomberg is one of the richest men in the world and unemployed in 900 days due to New York City term limits. Bloomberg changed party affiliation from Democrat to Republican to run for the Mayor’s office. He won. Last week, Mr. Bloomberg changed from a registered Republican to Independent. In my humble opinion, the guy is VERY tuned into occult, numerology and feng shui stuff. Our City Hall is set up like a giant feng shui bhagwa, which the Mayor sits in the middle of ~ complete with traditional cures like fish tanks! Bloomberg changed parties on a fabulous day with terrific aspects. Bloomberg‘s supposedly willing to spend up to $500 million of his money to be elected President. Heck, George only showed up with $50 million in his campaign pot when he said I wanna be the leader of the free world! And look where George got!

Finally, a cautionary word about the Saturn Neptune opposition chart, cast for Washington, D.C at June 25, 2007 at 12:57 pm, EDT. The chart has all four angles on the World Axis meaning the USA is the country to watch as the Saturn Neptune opposition separates. The action is happening here! If you recall, Russia and Germany had a similar configuration before they collapsed during the Saturn Neptune conjunction of 1989/ 1990. Russia had spent oodles of money in Afghanistan and started in an arms race due to Reagan‘s Star Wars initiative. We’ve spent oodles of money in Iraq and Putin just invited us to start another arms race at the G8 Summit.

The Midheaven ruler, signifying our country‘s direction, Cancer, is in the sign of its fall, Scorpio. The midheaven ruler is placed in the house of our country’s money. Additionally, the Scorpio Moon is in the Via Combusta ~ the road of fire ~ suggesting a road of fire will be coming to our green paper currency. Mars is in HIS fall in Taurus, in the 8th house of other people‘s money and investments. Mars rules the seventh house of open enemies and trading partners. Venus, the ruler of the Ascendant and Second house of money is approaching a conjunction with Saturn (ruler of the fourth house of our nation‘s stability and real estate), adjustment with Uranus (ruler of the stock market house) and opposition to Neptune (placed in the stock market house and ruler of the sixth house of the country‘s habits and routines) as Venus finishes her opposition to Chiron (placed in the stock market house). There are other difficult configurations and tough midpoint pictures. Net: Our country’s money is in trouble according to this chart. The chart will run until 2025, the next 18 years with the next 6 to 7 being the most difficult. We can expect a major stock market correction, probably around the time Saturn gets a few degrees away from Neptune (mid-July) or at the eclipses in September when the eclipse on 9-11 triggers last week’s Uranus station at 18:41 Pisces. Get rid of your debt, variable rate mortgages and take your winners off the table.

Last week’s column’s You-tube clip about Paul Pott’s audition moved out into the world shortly followed by Paul Potts as the newest winner of Britain’s Got Talent. Go Paul! It was a terrific example of doing your Saturn! Follow Paul’s example and forward we all go!
