Full Moon in Virgo and Sun in Pisces at 1:20 pm EST February 22, 2016
There is a full Moon on Monday, February 22 at 1:20 pm EST. It culminates the New Moon story begun on August 25, 2014 2 Virgo and tested on with the opening 1st quarter moon on May 25, 2015 at 4 Virgo with Sun at 4 Gemini. The Full Moon officially starts the 2016 Spring Eclipse season! The next two weeks, as the moon wans and approaches the New Moon Solar Eclipse, we will be releasing, releasing, releasing.
The Full Moon gives us a sneak preview of the upcoming eclipses’ as Uranus was angular and joined to the South Node in the New Moon chart on August 25, 2014 and at virtually the same degree. Mercury in Virgo was at the degree that Jupiter currently holds. Back then, Pluto was squaring the Nodes of Fate, causing enormous turmoil in our lives while Saturn currently squares the Nodes of Fate, asking us to build the structures that support making our dreams come true.
The heavens are talking to you about your dreams and what is holding you back from making them happen. What do you need to release to help make them come true? Can you see it clearly under the light of the Full Moon?
Interesting, the Academy Awards will take place during the Full Moon with the emphasis on being on how “white” they are ~ no blacks or other races were nominated ~ and the Moon’s image is about black and white children playing together. Astrology. You can’t make this stuff up!
The Sabian Image for the Moon in Virgo is BLACK AND WHITE CHILDREN PLAYING HAPPILY TOGETHER
Lynda Hill’s interpretation of the image is:
Commentary: ‘Black and White Children Playing Happily Together’ is a Symbol of racial and social integration that brings enrichment and joy to all who participate. That they are said to be ‘Black and White’ can, of course, imply that there are racial differences between them. However, it can also symbolize many other differences in background, religion, belief systems, social or economic and professional levels. Essentially, it can represent anything based on social perceptions or prejudices that can keep people apart from each other. As these ‘Children’ are said to be ‘Playing Happily Together’, any feelings of prejudice are dispelled because of their overriding concerns of ‘Play’ and the enjoyment of each other. The ‘Children’ share an element of innocence, fun, and creativity. Their only desire, here, is to be ‘Playing’ with others. When these attitudes are adopted, it is easy to see that skin color or any other such differences fade into insignificance.
Oracle: The situation facing you may have a lot of seemingly opposite elements, but this is probably only an illusion of social perception. In reality, it is the blending of people and their individual traits and talents that allow things to be resolved and to move forward. Accepting everyone as equal will dispel thoughts and attitudes that can bring about separation and suspicion. People who have been estranged from each other can drop their differences and come together in a fresh new light. There may be a need to remember to ‘Play Happily Together’, as this may have been forgotten recently. However, if you’re forced to be with people whose company you don’t enjoy, this can lead to suppression of your own wants and desires. Finding joy in the pleasure of simply being with others or seeking out those who want to share your time can rejuvenate life and inspire creativity. When drawing this Symbol it is important to consider where happiness and equality lies in your list of priorities.
Keywords: Universal brotherhood. Overcoming prejudices and boundaries that separate people. Knocking down social barriers to relate freely. Being able to let go, relax and have fun with people from anywhere. Adopted siblings. Foster homes. Affirmative action. Trust and joy.
The Caution: Morality that is swayed by public opinion. Not adjusting psychologically to situations that require creative responses. Racial and social prejudice. Seeing things in black and white terms. Clear demarcations that separate people or situations. Apartheid. Illusions based on the separative perceptions of society.

The Sabian Image for the Sun in Pisces is HEAVY CAR TRAFFIC LINKING TWO SEASIDE RESORTS
Lynda Hill’s interpretation of the image is:
Commentary: ‘Heavy Car Traffic Linking Two Seaside Resorts’ pictures a situation of ‘Traffic’ streaming along a road or thoroughfare. The journey to and from desirable places like ‘Seaside Resorts’ can be difficult and frustrating as so many people may be in the same area, having the same destination. When the situation is ‘Linking Two Seaside Resorts’, it can be more difficult with traffic bank-ups, delays and accidents, particularly at peak-hour. If the “drivers” don’t follow the codes of good driving by merging politely and allowing people to come into the flow of ‘Traffic’, there is likely to be “road rage”, impatience and intolerance.
Oracle: This can show communications and linkages between separate worlds leading to increased pleasure OR frustration, confusion or psychic indigestion. There’s a need for patience and give-and-take as there is a lot going on and confusion can set in if one doesn’t follow the rules of the game. Abiding by acceptable rules and procedures along with common sense will ensure a smooth flow of operations. You may feel like you are getting stuck in a pattern that continually bounces back and forth, never arriving at any final, desirable destination. This can be very tiring. It is important to realize that although being “squeezed-in” can bring on a sense of panic or discomfort, the chances are that will not be permanent and there is probably something better and more pleasurable waiting for you once you get out of the current situation. See if you can get some time out from running around, mentally, emotionally or physically. This Symbol can show someone who loves pleasure, and being easily bored or distracted by what seem to be better offers, or opportunities, is continually on the lookout for better places or people. Much time can be lost on the journey only to find that you are in the same sort of position you were in in the first place.
Keywords: Going with the flow. Running back and forth. Having to move continually. Pollution and car exhaust. Rush hour and road-rage. Plans for arrivals and departures. Public holidays. Traffic jams. Traffic banking up. Having trouble making left hand turns. Detours. Packing and unpacking. Luggage. Travel itineraries. Impasses. Nervous systems. Urine therapy. Constant phone calls. Switchboard jams.
The Caution: Creating barriers. Constant traffic stopping the possibility of real human interchange. Claustrophobia. Feeling like there is no escape. Exhaustion due to everyday hustle and bustle. Running out of fuel. Exhaust fumes. Road rage. Accidents. Traffic snarls. Taking the long way round. Blockages.
